We live in the real world. Imagine how much abuse there would be if competitors could buy a few products and call them all counterfeit. Each category would end up only having 1 seller. There is too much room for abuse.

If it did work, what would stop these sellers from setting up stealth accounts and getting revenge on you? The answer, nothing. It would be an endless cycle of "he said, she said".

Spend more time focusing on bringing your account up rather than bringing others down.

Sellers can open stealth accounts.... if you get one of their accounts closed, they will just open another.

Simple because Ebay knows about counterfeit BUYERS as well,,,,You see let me tell you why this topic rubs a VERY sore spot with me,,,over the years I have had MANY people Buy 100% LEGIT items from me and then Open a case against me claiming counterfeit only to turn around and RESELL,,,BLATANTLY on the very SAME account, so the get the item for FREE and then the money for the item AGAIN when they resell it, Do you know how aggravating that is?,,,Do you know how often this happens on Ebay?,,,,that why Ebay will NOT let you get away with that as well,,,,

Opening counterfeit claims while buying legit stuff is a scam, and it is outside this thread. This topic is about opening legit claims against counterfeit sellers with all the proofs.
