what should we do when buyer not pay.

what should we do when the winner/buyer do not pay me. and no respond after win. any ideal?
because now we can not leave bad feedbacks to them.

how to deal with those guys?

Report an Unpaid item. You get the fees credited back and can issue a strike against the buyers account. Not that one strike would do anything. But it helps.

I usually request their information through eBay and I call them. I would be nice and casual and tell them I got their contact info. through eBay.

i am in canada. the buyer usually in the USA and CANADA.

Yes it works, I always ask kindly when will they be able to pay for the item they bid on. Ask if they are having trouble with payment and so on, just be nice.

Please add your location and your flag to your account here.
eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.
