2 different p.o box address's same name OK?.

As long as completely different po box's....and different date of births this should work. But why not vary the name a bit, for safety?

Don't p.o box's only ship to 1 name or could you give a slight name variation and it still come?. Also what did you mean by date of birth. On a p.o Box?.

You can have more than one person receive mail on your PO Box. As long as the person has the same last name, you really don't even need to fill out an extra application (though this can vary depending on your post office). I even used to get mail from the previous owner whose name was nowhere near close to mine.

You can add a business name to your P.O. Box without having to show any paper work. So if you name is John Doe it could something as simple as J.D. Apparel, J.D. Electronics, J.D. Sports. You really could put anything there as far as I know but if you keep it simple like I mentioned above you tend not to have Post Office people asking any questions.

Personally I do this with multiple P.O. Boxes. It isn't the smartest thing but I use a single P.O. Box with Biz name as a shipping return address per about 5 Stealth's. Then I use the next box with the next 5 stealth's, etc. Potentially I could get linked because of the new Return system eBay does. But with the 1099k/200 transaction limits my stealth's have the math only pencils out that way.

Also I have 3 P.O. Boxes all in different cities you can register to reserve one online all you have to do is go in provide the documentation. Its not illegal to have more than one P.O. Box. Like I said I use different business names under each one. I never use my actual name for receiving packages or mail at any of them. If they are linked I haven't had a problem. I manage all three from my USPS account and pay the dues, I sometimes use Click N Ship on there.

It would depend on how common the name is. Two "John Smith" names probably won't link. But if the name is unique, like "Aromondo Yeeblabbermanstein" then yes, they will link.

No reason to take a chance, just don't duplicate the name exactly, vary it a bit.
