| Even THAT may not be enough. You'd also have to prove malicious intent AND quantifiable losses, as in if you sold 10,000 items and have 5 negs, you'd have to prove to the court how much exactly having another neg cost you in dollar amount. So you can even technically win the case and not win any financial compensation because you have no damages. |
