eBay Store and Markdown Manager it's needed?

Hello I have bought one account with 1000/25000 limits
But today I have tried to make a sale for my items.
But eBay not allow me to do that because I have no eBay Store Subscription
My question if I need it or not? It's safe ?
Have some other option to make sales like that maybe with that :
PUSHACTION
INKFROG
TEAPPLIX
Or have maybe some other

That's weird, here in the UK you really don't need an eBay shop subscription, it's entirely up to the user.

The U.S. as well you do not need an eBay store as well, must be another issue

I mean usually I was use Markdown Manager for giving discount for my items, now it's not allow me to do that

That makes sense now, I've never used markdown so you probably would need to have a seller shop, what is the exact error that it gives you?

actually I can't found in my account MARKDOWN MANAGER, but stealth account can't be seller shop or I mistake?
