It's about Stealth accounts returning addresses
 

Hi everyone, I'm running more than 5 stealth accounts , each one has different information ( IP,bank,phone#,address,name etc... )
all the addresses of my stealth accounts are not my real addresses (usually I use walmart ,costco or some coffee bars addresses, because I think these addresses are hard to be linked by other ebayers )
so the problem is when buyer open case and return purchase , they will tend to ship items to these stealth addresses, I contact buyer and provide them my real return address, sometimes works ,sometimes not. I even send buyer my own return shipping label, but some buyer still want to ues the address on my stealth account. because this way can keeping buyer safe.

how you handle your stealth accounts returning addresses ? any idea ?

Commercial addresses are not great for stealth. Because eBay can easily tell if an address is commercial or residential.

I rent a PO BOX for my returns and use it as the return address on my shipping labels. If a buyer asks to return an item, I either issue the refund and tell them to keep it (if it is a low priced item), or I tell them to send it back to the return address on the shipping label.

If they no longer have it, I either give them the return address or offer to send a prepaid mailer for the return.

It works, but my return rate is under 1%.

I just give them there money back and tell them they dont have to return but my items are very high profit with very little cost on each one of them
