Running AOL 9.0 and getting ip address in VA

I am using my Comcast cable internet and opening AOL 9.0 and signing on as a guest. My ip shows up as being in Virginia..but my accounts are suspended almost immediately. Ebay has to be getting my Comcast ip.

How do I hide the Comcast ip when I browse using AOL 9.0 browser?
