Please recommend best U.S. bank to open account ONLINE

I have several stealth paypal accounts and live in a small town so I've maxed out the number of accounts I can open. I'll check into using a different bank, but was wondering if there are any good, easy banks where i can open a new account online and what docs they require?

Pretty much all banks have online applications. You have to add SS and pass data base questions.

I like small banks and credit unions best.

Thanks, how do I get my account number and routing number? Do they mail it?

Every bank is different but most mail a debit card. Everything else is online.

Check out PNC online. No docs required and if you open the virtual wallet account you get 3 accounts you can use for just opening the one. It comes with a main spending/checking account and 2 different savings accounts. Debt card comes in mail.

I have never had to supply docs for any bank account opened online but you always have to supply SS and oftentimes answer some basic personal questions to prove identity.
