listings could not be searched?
 

Hi, i am a TRS selling car accessories, the business has been good and one of my best sellers has been ranking first in the first page when the keywords are car accessories but today i found that listing is gone as well as all of my listings are gone, they cannot be searched anymore unless the keyword is the full title of the item. the performance is good and everything looks just fine. called customer service but no one could help. i keep feeling puzzled and do not know what to do. anyone experienced this before?

This happens alot in the UK.

You search for 'red sock' on one browser and it returns 40 results.

You search on another and it returns 52, in a different ranking order.

Things seem to have been ok for a while now. I have not noticed it recently or heard any reports of it happening again.

Yes its happened to me before just give it some time. Ebay does sure make it feel like they are throttling or slowing down your sales at times.


but who knows that will be just another algorithm you'll never understand.

How long has your listing been active ?

it has been up on the first page for almost a month and the listing has been active for more than two months. the weird thing is that all my listings seem to disappear and the views for items daily are a lot lower not just for a single listing. my seller dashboard is also not updating, i kinda feel like my account is under some kind of suspension or restriction or something.

Ebay definetly has that power. Maybe sharing views to make it fair with different regions.

Who knows..

But I would try giving that account a weeks rest.
