Ok so the back story, I was suspended on my home computer and ip approx 3 years ago. I have since changed ips and got a new computer. When this happened i moved to an office and got a hot spot as i didn't want to worry about getting suspended again.

My question is this, would it be ok to bring my new computer with my new hot spot and use it from home? As long as i use my dedicated hot spot. Or would that be a bad idea?

There is nothing about your home that would connect you to your old account. You have a new IP and computer. Unless you're using the same address on file, it doesn't matter.
