Ebay suspension and bt router ip address change
 

hi i recently got booted off ebay after selling for 14 years...yes i said 14 years!. i have now got a new bank account , have spelt my name differently and my home address differently. but i am stuck on the IP address . I have a bt wireless router ( infinity i think). which ip address do i change and how do i do it safely?

You need to change the MAC address, which leads to the change of IP address.
Here should be a number behind your router (starting with 192), enter that in your Omnibar and press enter.
You will be asked to log in with the user and password that are written at the back of your router. I am not too familiar with interface of bt infinity but look for somewhere that allows you to change the MAC address.

You can do like Shekibi said or just get a mobile broadband dongle which will have a new mac address and a dynamic ip. I recommend the ones you top up yourself opposed to the prepaid ones.

I have been able to run multiple stealth using the same dongle and different windows accounts . Its very simple technique.
