When can I list multivariation listings w/o ebay's heavy handed scrutiny?

Need to list multivariation listings. When can I safely do so on a new account without getting ebay's "We're really suspicious of you, and now you need to send in all this identity information to verify you"?

Freaking A, where's the 90 day accounts? You mean I have to wait 90 days just to get into my line of business on ebay? That sucks so bad.

By the time my accounts become ripe, the shopping season will be over. :/

Options:

1) Find someone that actually has a 90day account for sale.
2) Start an LLC and hope ebay never links me with the LLC.
3) Use someone else's info with their agreement. Sounds problematic come tax time.
4) Start a multimember LLC with a bud and use his info on all the accounts, hoping ebay never links me to the account.

That's why I always have like 10- 15 accounts BACKUP accounts that I sell some thigs on to just get rid of that and the 21 day hold. Then I just let the accounts sit just in case I ever need them. I recommend you start doing the same
