Should not be an issue. But you better remove the virus, it may do nasty thing.

It just gets rid of the annoying ads, that's all.
It has nothing to do with the way eBay and paypal track you.

I use adblock also, with no problems.

However, I read on Wired the other day that adblock plus is now allowing advertisers to pay to go through their block.

Our days of using it may be numbered. :(
