will ebay shut down a new account if my paypal account has not been shutdown?

I have been shut down through ebay, but my paypal account is still active. I changed my ip address and I have not accessed it my my home location. Will they still link my ebay and paypal account if I have changed my ip address?

Right, consider your PayPal account useless now.

When setting up a new eBay account, you need a New PayPal account to go with it.

A paypal account linked to a suspended ebay account can not be used again for
ebay.

When is the SEARCH function going to be used correctly?:rolleyes:
