New paypal account with existing ebay account

Hello,

My paypal account on my stealth account wants tax information and is limited.

Is it possible to create a new paypal account and attach it to my existing ebay account that is in good standing? Or should I consider both of these accounts done?

Does anyone know if I will be able to use this paypal account next year?

You have several options,
1. Get an EIN
2. Add a New Paypal and wake up every day hoping it's not limited as well....

Does the name on the EIN need to match anything related to the stealth account?
