Buyer removing feedback help ratings?
 

I had a buyer leave a Neutral feedback, but the condition was mentioned in the auction! She emailed me herself saying she is sorry and I sent her a feedback revision but she said she was getting errors and ebay would not let her.

The revision expired, I want to ask her again to see if she can remove it but at this point would it still ding my metrics even if it is removed?

Yes, your defect rate should decrease.

Remember that you have a limited amount of revision requests - that being said, if you are certain she will fix, get it done

Just call eBay and explain what you just said and they will remove it...

At this point I think this is my only choice, After reading the help pages the buyer can only revise it with the offer I sent which already expired.

Is it safe? This is a very old powerseller account and I forget the DOB(if any) that I used. But it might be so old I did not enter a DOB.

Talking is not a strength for me but everything is is viewable in my message history.
