For example, if the package was lost, but you can prove that you've sent it via adding a tracking #, they will remove the defect, as if you did your best to solve the situation - it is enough to remove the defect. Basically, if the case is not SNAD, neg / defect can be removed without any problems. Just make sure your story is good enough. |
