need help for feedback revision...
 
Hi,
i received a negative feedback but successfully urged him to change to feedback. this guy however rated the item under three stars for detailed seller ratings when he changed the negative feedback to positive feedback.
With the low detailed seller rating, the transaction is still considered a defective
by ebay. the request for feedback revision can not be sent to the buyer again (only one time for one transaction). do you guys know if there is anything that
i can do to get the item rerated by the buyer again? the buyer agrees to rerate
the item, but we do not how to do it. anyone experienced this before or know how to do it? thanks in advance

Had same experiance before, i just gave up on this feedback though.
You should contact eBay by mail, explain that it was "Miss click" by the buyer, and maybe if you are lucky they will help you out with it.

Happened to me once, stated he was a competitor and they removed it for me

I have lots of defects removed by EB reps after calling them and carefully explaining the situation. For example, if the package was lost, but you can prove that you've sent it via adding a tracking #, they will remove the defect, as if you did your best to solve the situation - it is enough to remove the defect. Basically, if the case is not SNAD, neg / defect can be removed without any problems. Just make sure your story is good enough.

I had a parcel lost by ROYAL MAIL but I can offer the tracking number which was not deliveried successfully.

The buyer left neg. and EBAY refused to revise.

yup, i talked to ebay and successfully got the defect removed. thanks for the advice
