I have tried searching but get confusing information, can someone clear this up for me please.If i purchase a vcc will i be able to buy from websites with the preloaded funds on it?

Will i be able to add funds to it? or can i purchase a vcc with the required amount of funds i need to be able to buy my item?

also lastly thank you in advance is the vcc connected to the address i provide? or a total random one the vcc seller provides.

Basically i want to purchase items without giving my own credit card details.Im kinda confused on what you can actually do with a vcc apart from verify ebay and amazon

- Most VCCs only have enough funds on it for a specific verification eg Paypal or Ebay.

- Not usually

- Yes. Some sellers offer "custom vccs". PM the ones that do.

- Depends on the VCC. Most do not provide AVS data and so can be used with any name / address.

You can look into the local VCC shop, and some sellers might create a high-value prepaid card for you ;)

Also do these cards allow refunds to go back on them?
