Competitor contacting me?
 

I had a competitor contact me today, big time seller with a lot of feedback, telling me if I don't take down my specific listings that he will turn me in for counterfeit merchandise to eBay and the trademark owners. I buy my stuff legit from a licensed seller but I don't have any licensing information to provide.

Oddly enough I had a competitor message me 2 days ago saying I should sell my items for a lot more. Not sure if it's just coincidence or not.

I have a very aged account but have had some stupid warnings in the past so I'm nervous to get shutdown. Should I remove the listings?

Then you won't have much to stand on. I had a competitor like this once. Thankfully, it was one of the few times EB stepped in to help because I had real invoices on file.

I do have invoices, I just don't personally own the rights. I just resell.

Yeah I've been selling on this main account since 2000. I have a few other stealth accounts I might have to start using.

You're still on shaky grounds. Invoices does not mean legitimacy.
