Ok so i had a stealth account, but it got banned. Im pretty sure it was because i was using multiple random computers on my college campus (main point is multiple USERS). Would it be safe to use a brand new tablet and use it wherever? or just use it at one spot on campus? or would it be safer to use CYBERGHOST with a new user account on my computer?

Best solution would be to use your new tablet with a dedicated IP address. Then you could use it anywhere you wanted.

You can look at several IP solutions including tethering off your cellphone which might work better for your situation.
As for using a tablet - I myself would never use a tablet for stealth. It is far too restrictive and slow for doing any serious volume. At least thats my opinion on it.

You need to make sure in addition to a new IP you are using new EVERYTHING else... phone number, address, name, etc.
