Question about Ebay + flash cookies (LSO's)

Does anyone know if ebay can pull a computer ID (or device ID on mobile) from flash cookies or maybe even javascript?

Also I'm starting a new stealth ebay for selling, if anyone has a tip on how to avoid getting limited or getting my PP acct limited I'd appreciate that also

So that would mean that there is not device ID recognition type stuff going on.

I haven't used multiple ebay acccts before across multiple user accounts but if you guys don't have issues with it then that would pretty much confirm it
