Pre-paid visa question
 

I am trying to find a gift card or a pre-paid visa that doesn't require verification where I can register the card to a name AND address... not just a zip code.

MyGiftCardSite visa gift cards which are sold at Kroger and other various outlets DO allow this but I am looking for cards other than these.

For buying on Amazon?

I hardly ever register my gift cards. They work on Amazon without registering address.
I know the ralphs kroger ones work. Just call the number first, enter the 16 digit cc number. The guy will tell you its activated and then hang up. Call back, do it again and press #3 to put in a pin code. Hang up.

BTW. On amazon, dont go over 200 dollars and make sure you keep the card holder name the same as the name of the shipping address. I saw a thread where they say to just enter "gift card" as the name. DO NOT DO THAT.

Vanilla gift cards are great. The visa gift cards they sell at ralphs are great.
