mygiftcardsite cant login with new cards.
 

bought some cards a few hours ago and it seems mygiftcardsite wont let me login with these new cards. yet i have no problems with my older cards.

anybody experiencing this? is there a work around? i know sometimes theres glitches and down time and im hoping thats what it is.

I have had the same problem before. Make sure you keep those receipts from where you bought them in case they were not activated.

Make sure you are on the actual site. You type in mygiftcardsite and other bullshlt comes up making you think you went to that site.
Type .com after it.

turns out they didnt activate. i didnt keep the receipts. is there a solution? i am out $125.

i tried using three of the five cards today and all three were declined as "not authorized".

what do i do? do i go to store and try to explain to them?

i know about all those bogus lookalike sites. ive been using mygiftcardsite for 4 years so i usually know my stuff.

Just go back to the store, try to find the same cashier that helped you and see if they can replace them.

Go back to the store IMMEDIATELY! The longer you wait, the less your chances of sorting this out. If you go back now and the same cashier is there, they can look it up and maybe he or she will remember you. If you wait until next week, then your money is almost certainly lost.

ALWAYS KEEP THE RECEIPTS FOR GIFT CARDS! It is your only recourse if the cards are not activated.

thanks jeff. ill do it. i just hope they decide to help me. the kroger store i buy from as asshole cs managers.

edit went back to store and they did all they could. they ended up faxing the card numbers to mastercard and hopefully they will activate sol.

jeff, any idea what happened?
