Buying stealth accounts?
 

Is it a good idea to buy a stealth account from someone rather than creating one from scratch? Won't ebay notice the change in IP address? I changed my IP address to make a new eBay account and my real account got locked until I could confirm it was me.

Ummmm....sorry, I am going to have to say you are 100% incorrect about the reason you are locked. Most of us have a new IP every single time we log in. More than 90% of all sales are on a mobile device and will pull a new IP often if not even several times a day.

You are getting locked out of your account because you are constantly deleting cookies if my guess. It certainly has ZERO to do with IP.

The only exception is if you are pulling international IPs.

Did you clear cookies or set up a new Windows user account before setting up the new eBay account?

Ah yes I did clear cookies because I was told to do that to create a stealth account. So thats the problem then is it?

But also on my real account the past 2 weeks eBay keep sending me emails saying a third party is accessing my account without my permission and they cancelled all my items and my orders and they have done this 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I phoned up and they said its because the device I was using to sign in had been 'blocked' by their servers or something. I have no idea what she meant and I'm still clueless. Right now I'm just trying to get my account back as its temporarily restricted until I could provide more information to them, which I have.

So if I do get my real account back up and running (which I think I will) then I can't really make a stealth account from the same computer then without affecting my real eBay account? Because to make the stealth accounts I will have to clear the cookies etc which seems to be affecting my account.

You can have 100 stealths on your PC.

You need to get the ebay stealth guide and get a grasp on how this works.

Yeah I am buying the stealth guide tonight. Its just hard to understand how you can have 100s of accounts and sign on to them all on the same computer without them figuring it out.

Because the cookies stay the same, different user account on pc or vmware/portable browsers. The IP changes but thats normal as most of the UK has a dynamic IP and logs in with phones.
I buy all mine from here now, post got deleted last time I recommended someone but all the UK sellers should be good

If your other account has been getting that message too and your not using a cheapo vpn i'd suggest you run a full scan of your pc to make sure there is nothing untoward on it.
