Ebay Defects
 

Hi its so hard to keep acc good , as i got this unfair defects . item not received,and then buyer close case . because got it .or open case by mistake. like you know your self .
Just thinking if all go like that after 6 months account can be closed . :smash:
Write to ebay about help its nonsense .
How you guys getting on with that ?
And do you know when will be this new system in 2016 ,then old defect what we got will be gone, i mean not all but just them who are not counting in new system ?

Had the same issue.
1) If the item has been sent via tracked package, just call in to EB and tell them that the item has been delivered, and your customer is happy. They will remove the defect.
2) If it has been sent via untracked package, ask your buyer to send you a message stating that he got the item, and is happy. A Positive feedback will be nice as well. eBay will remove defect as well, if you call in.

This upcoming February...

You can call in and ask to get it removed as a curiosity. I have and it works fine. The closer we get to the update the higher the chance they will do it because well, its only common sense.

Yes i try to contact them about week they not remove , but same situation i have 1 month ago they remove with no problem . All this really make me mad do my beast and they just saying we totaly understand you , bla bla

I removed like 5 defects during a single call. No problems to remove, if you can clearly explain why you deserve the removal.
