Refund failed (through eBay by PayPal)
 

Hi, I'm having some real difficulty at the moment and was wondering if anyone else has had, or is having the same problem and could offer some advice.

Recently if a buyer opens a return or case on eBay, I have problems refunding the buyer. I click 'refund buyer' as I normally do, and proceed with that, but then it says 'Refund failed, please go to PayPal'. So I go to PayPal, and everything seems fine, theres no problems, no restrictions, there's a healthy available balance and enough to cover the refund, but it always fails. Its the same if I try to cancel an eBay transaction, normally I just click cancel, and then the refund is automatically done, but now it keeps saying refund failed. Its causing some real issues for me and my buyers, and there's no obvious reason for why this is happening.

Can anyone help?
