What is the photo dimensions to fill up the photo box on ebay??
And what is the best program (free is better but will pay) that allows you to easily remove the background from a photo to make it look professional? ?

But why not take just take your pics on white backgrounds?

Gimp is to complicated I need an automatic removal.of whole background from picture...anyone??

I take a picture on a white background and then use photoshop to tilt the white balance. Fast and easy and makes the object looks a little brighter.

This process could be automated via commandline with tools like ImageMagick and I'm sure GIMP has this functionality built in its command-line tool, somewhere. Just need to google. If you need a "drag and drop" interface (Drag your photos on the app and out pops the white background images), I could write an app for you in a jiffy.

Lots of tutorials about GIMP on YouTube. All you have to do is search it.
