Can't log in to eB UK but eB US okay
 

Is (or has) anyone having trouble logging in to eB UK? I can log in okay to the US site but I'm receiving an error that my user name and/or password are incorrect. When I click on "forgot password" and enter my email address I receive an error message stating "you have already reset your password. If you've forgotten or want to change your password, please follow the reset process below." There isn't a reset process below.

I've reset/cleared my history/cache thinking that may correct the issue but no luck.

I'm able to list on eB UK using a third party listing company and the confirmation of listing is sent to my current/correct email address. I HATE calling eB but may be forced to do so if I can't get some resolution. Online chat isn't an option. :(
