Does it lower your defect rate? My account is gonna go below standard this coming Oct 20th and I was told by the eBay customer representative that getting my negative feedback revised is one of the way to save my account.

Is there anything I can to do save my account right now?

I've been drop shipping and got very low stars on shipping time plus lots of cancelled transactions. I know what my problem is so don't have to tell me about it.

I found this on eBay:

Feedback that's revised by the buyer from negative to positive doesn't count as a defect. Similarly, neutral feedback or feedback with low detailed seller ratings for shipping time or item as described can be revised so that it doesn't count as a defect.

So does it mean if I get a Low DSR for item not as described plus a negative feedback on the same transaction, if the negative feedback gets revised to a positive, it will not count towards the defect rate? Or do I have to ask the buyer to revise the stars on the item as described also?

what if they open a return request - not as described AND leave you negative feedback..does that count as 2?
