Cleaning and Stripping Pics

Hi, is there a free program that will not install a bunch of junk when downloading to clean and strip pics? I have photoshop...is there a way to do it with that? I am wanting to sell some cheap items I have but I would have to open one of every color to get new pics and its not the cost, its just that I only have so many of them to get started before I can get my next order in :) Thanks!!
