Vero items removed after I shipped
 

So I got a "buy it now" item removed today, and all the ones I have sold have been removed as well. Problem is I have shipped most of them already, and some I have printed labels for waiting to go out tomorrow. The funds are still pending in my paypal as this is a fairly new account.
What is going to happen to the funds of the ones I have shipped? Should I ship the rest of the ones I have packaged out tomorrow?

Ship them out, most costumers will be confused, as they will receive a message from ebay that the listing was removed. And be ready to provide tracking information when they'll open a case.

okay thanks for the replies guys. I had it happen years ago and couldn't remember what really happened with the money. I uploaded tracking on all of them and PayPal has the tracking. thanks again

I've had this happen to me before.. Upload tracking to paypal (which I see you've done). If the buyer does open a case against you, the tracking number and information (somehow) will be displayed in the case details. So worst case scenario the buyer will be able to track the order once they open a case..

Will I get credited back the fees ebay took for the items sold that were removed? Or will I still have to pay those fees?

No, you dont have to pay those at all.

Yeah you do. The only fees you are credited for would be listing enhancements or insertion fees. You still pay the final value fee or your account goes delinquent. http://s15.postimg.org/i45umogfv/vero.png

Not always, I remember I've been getting final value fees back long time ago, it was really nice from them :)

I believe you are wrong. When the item gets deleted off the website, you cannot find any sales history to it nor original listing. As well as that your final value fees get returned back to you as you have never sold anything from that listing. I have this happened more than few times and everytime I noticed a reduction of my fees

I think they changed it, used to get final value fees back when items get removed but definitely don't now, I have this often lol. Only get the final value fees canceled now when account gets restricted at same time items removed

It depends on the reason. If it was removed as counterfeit, they don't return FVF.

as of now the fees are still present in my fees section and haven't been refunded or credited back to my account

just be prepared for the od scammer who will take advantage .
but the good thing is no feedback from them..

Your final value fees are no longer returned. They used to be up until a month or two ago. Now, you only get back listing enhancements like bold, subtitle, etc. Still follow through with the sale and send the item out, you should have no problem receiving your money.

Its happened to me on totally legit item (Sony). They are true VERO pain in the arse! They wont even listen to reason when I can provide clear cut invoices.

However I got credited FVF. But things could have changed.

Be proactive though...

Get the buyers email from paypal. Go to postal website, track the items then copy and paste the url in an email explaining that your listing got removed until you can verify authenticity with eb and sorry for the confusion. Include the link to tracking in email...
