What do I do after I delete the cookies

So, basically what I did is run CCleaner to delete the cookies then I signed up for 24vc and got a fresh IP. Now, do I just connect to the VPN and then I can sign in to eBay/PayPal?

Hi, ideally you would make a completely new user account for each stealth account to keep cookies completely separate or use VMware

Always use a new Windows user account when starting a new ebay stealth account.
That's he only way to be absolutely certain there is no trace of any other account to be linked to.
