The best way to refund
 

Hi guys, i sold an item a week ago. Now the cust want to return the item; but now i dont have any money at my paypal. The item is $200, what is the best way to refund the cust money. Thanks

Get money back into PP selling something during the return process.

Either sell something else as just mentioned, or do you have the funds in your bank account that is attached? If you do when you issue refund you can send an echeck from your bank account and the customer will receive the refund within 2-3 business days.

Or you can send it with the CC attached, or you can add a Vanilla Visa loaded with $200 and issue the refund using that

or resell the item since your getting it back that way you ll have funds again:ranger:

Yeah i will resell that item again but i need to refund the old cust first. I think i will go with vanilla visa card. Thanks

oh I though you hadn't received the item back yet so there was still time to resell it... but yes gfc is best way...

In the future, try to leave enough in your PP account to cover at least 1 return.
