Selling vero indirectly
 

I have some used cell phones and I want to pair them with some phone cases from aliexpress

For legal reasons, I won't state the manufacture brand of these cases that I want to buy. But let just say that these guys are known to issue legal threats in the mail.

I wont be advertising the phone cases. ( i will just say comes phone with a case and the picture will be in the background).
Keep in mind I am selling the phones as the main listing and will include the case as a side item.


Will I still get the Trademark violation from Ebay because of the phone cases.

Not sure, but you might be required to state that it is a "bundle"... This is what a rep told me and the Bundled items need to be stated. So might be in the same book.

You can probably do this once, maybe twice but in constant basis not likely...

It is possible, but you I do not think you will have an issue. Just don't mention the brand in the title or description.

The OP is not selling any VERO, he/she just wants to sell the cell phones he/she has with the cases he/she is buying from somewhere.

I dont see any issue because you are not listing the brand name in the title or description. How would ebay even know?
