ebay Doc request department backed up 7-10 days

Just a heads up, ebay has increased the about of receipt requests due to the holiday season and are backed up 7-10 days before they will even read your email or review your docs.

I hope it is only 7-10 days. I am on day 7 now. I call and email daily.
This is a real business account with staff etc....so it is extra annoying for me.

I really hate eBay it's ridiculous. There staff is subpar. It takes like a month to get anything done with eBay or PayPal.

The best thing is to call everyday it's like pick of the litter with there people. Get transfer to USA call center. It will work better

Calling does nothing because the department has no phone support. Calling phone support, after 7 days they can also email the department LOL

on paypal, there is no special docs department. So upload and then instantly call. Less than 10 minutes to get limitation lifted.

Is it the Trust and Safety department that needs the docs. If so, I bet 100% they aren't even in USA. Having people half way across the world looking at sensitive information is ridiculous and dangerous in my opinion.

12 days for a reply and the reply was asking for a specific receipt. Incredibly annoying. They should have been very clear on the first request instead of asking for receipts 290 items. Hope it does not take another 12 days for a reply.

I the long run it could be good. If they are behind they are less likely to scrutinize the invoices.

I find it insane I upload pics of dozens of receipts and they now ask for one particular one that just happens not to be one of the hundreds of items.

To me that is very very very tough scrutinizing.

Still waiting.....Was told I would be dismissed within 72 hours.
