Buyer wants to return item
 

OK, Buyer wants to return a router because it was defective, I told him to send it back then i'll refund him, And the router WAS defective (I forgot to test it before shipping -_-).
Now, I waited so long, because I was lazy, now I realize I need to refund the buyer, how do I do this?
I want to refund the buyer and don't know how!??! Please help me.

Look up the transaction in paypal, and click "issue refund".

I try to avoid being lazy when it comes to issues with customers. It just pisses them off more..

Or, alternatively:
Look up the transaction in eBay, click "view sales record" (or "view paypal transaction" if you don't have selling manager), and send a refund that way.
