How fishy is this guy?
 

So, I found this "gang" on EB, coming from a first time seller with no feedback at all and practically with a new account.

He's shipping from Mexico (I live in MX too), he told me his PP account was verified and everything, he'll sell more once he sell these ones, and all that stuff.

Now, I don't want problems, BUT



Do you think it might be a good idea if I wait until this guy starts receiving feedback on the selling of the cards, like 4 or 5, and then MAYBE I consider to buy it one?
