my ebay seller account is detroyed by hacker !!!
Hi everyone,
Recently, my account has received several non-authorized transactions. Hackers use many different accounts to purchase my item, after the payment, they immediately leave me negative feedback. "bad seller, not received item, ..." this really big impact on the sales of me.
I have reported this negative feedback to ebay but I did not get any reply yet.
anyone have experience in this, please give me a solution :'( |

Hopefully, given what you said, eBay should have no issue removing the complaints. No one expects you have the item there immediately so this isn't even a debate for them. I'd just get in touch with someone in the morning and you should have the matter resolved pretty quick. I had a similar issue where I got hit the very next day and eBay did remove it without further inquiry. |

I've used the "report buyer" of eBay. however I do not get any response :( |

In my opinion.. the "report buyer" button is just a feel good button and has no impact on anything.
You need to contact ebay by other methods to get a better response. |

I that happens, I call them and explain everything. Never had problems with removing negs left in such a miserable manner. |

| Tell that to ebay lol. I've been trying to get a defect removed for a buyer that left a 1 star rating for shipping time AND description an hour after purchasing the item. Ebay says they are allowed to do that. |

Do ebay reps go against policy? Sure. Plenty of inept ebay reps out there. Me telling the guy good luck, and telling him about my experience, was a valid reply. Yeah just call them daily. Explain your side of the story. You'll get used to them. Even if you don't get the answer you are looking for just call them again. You may make inroads with someone someday. Good luck! |
