Half.com Holding Money
My business partner and I had a business on Half.com last year and accumulated over $3000 in sales until our account was suspended because of an apparent link.
Anyway, they said that the money could not be received until July of 2015 after it is issued to the state treasury. So the time comes when we expect to get paid but when we call the treasury they apparently are having problems issuing a check because they cannot locate the payment they got from Half.com
So we get in contact with Half.com in order to get the exact amount and they keep stringing us out as if they cannot simply lookup the amount and give it to us.
Bottom line, they are giving us the run around and it seems they are not willing to pay up.
Can they simply keep our money forever?! Should we get a lawyer? |
