Is ebay and paypal down?
 

I can't see my listing limits and its saying This listing (291577820339) has been removed, or this item is not available..

Or if my account being closed down? Its still letting me list new items.

Yes. I'm having trouble with both. Googled it and is looks like many others are having trouble as well.

I was printing and all labels printed ok, but invoices doesn't have any details. What a mess.....

I finally have 2 orders to ship and can't because for some reason eb does not want to recognize pp for the USPS payment. Worked fine yesterday. Also can not see the pay later function (new acct.) which was also present yesterday. I added a Vanilla Visa pre paid to my pp acct. to pay for the postage and still won't work so I finally was able to print label from pp. Big mess because there are all types of glitches.

Looks like things are back to normal.
Can anyone else confirm?
BTW - OP you should remove that item number before an ebay employee sees it and shuts down your account.

Had issues creating several seller accounts yesterday, but the issue seems to be gone today.

Looks like they had outages yesterday: eBay and PayPal Both Experience Outage Thursday Evening

Ebay and paypal are with issues the last 24h..be patient that they will fix the system most likely by the end of the day
