Limit increase Pattern Stopped
 

My account was doubling amount ever two weeks. I hit 40/2300 and it stopped. I've had 4 request opened. 1 to receive a credit cause buyer didnt pay. Two cancel request by sellers. And 1 refund.

The case I have opened is because stupid Usps is taking a gabillion days ( ok like 15) to deliver a package. The case has not been escalated to ebay, and I have already promised the buyer a refund or an additional item if it doesn't arrive by saturday (was due monday ). Thank god for kind people.

Also does this case count as a strike against me? it hasn't been escalated and I am sure I can resolve it.

As of right now, return requests count against you...EVEN IF buyer cancels the return. Had a buyer try to scam me...opened return request right after he received the item. I replied and he closed the return request. It still shows up as a DEFECT in my seller dashboard, even though it was all finished within hours and never escalated to ebay or anything.

No i ordered an item and then wanted the seller to cancel it. And yeah I know why he did it. They always hope you'll go 7 days without saying anything and then boom they get item + cost. It's the easiest way. Sorry to hear it happened though.
