can i buy an ebay account from a relative and change the paypal with no problems?
 

Hello,

I recently purchased ebay stealth guide which is very good.

I just have a quick question.. i personally have been limited on both paypal and ebay due to them not accepting my invoices on paypal.

However, a relative of mine has an ebay acc with 21k feedback 99.7% positive, in good order with no limits. The problem with this is the paypal linked to the 21k account has open issues. Would it be possible for me to take over the ebay account and put a new paypal account on to that? What is the best way around this? Would ebay be ok with a new paypal account being put onto it?

If you could give me any advise that would be great.

I will be keeping the account in good order, as i never planned to lose the other one.. paypal didn't like where i got my branded goods from, so now i am back with unbranded products.

How would your relative feel about you possibly getting their very good eBay account locked? Its always possible that that will happen so its important to think about it

Its not a good idea to put a new PayPal on an old eBay when the PayPal already linked to it has outstanding issues. Both PayPal accounts just end up getting closed.

As my dad used to say back old days - If it broken, fix it, dont change it.
If the Paypal account is fixable, even in price of loosing few bucks by closing cases, you should do that.

Dont take the risk.

The new paypal account would have to match your details on ebay.

My only issue is that its potentially putting a good standing ebay account at risk , 21K feedback is alot, and I bet it took alot of work to get to that standing.

It's not good idea.. If your previous account is limited, just start with both new accounts.

Save yourself and your relatives the headache and buy a stealth account from the marketplace. Now that you've read Stealth you should be good to go.
