do mobile hotspots save cookies

I used an ATT mobile hotspot and had no problems with creating mail.com email addresses. I switched to a T mobile hotspot device and after about 6 user accounts, mail.com stopped letting me create email addresse.
Can they store cookies on a mobile hotspot device? I change IPs each time and new user accounts. I didnt know hotspots could store cookies.
If so, can they be deleted? And, why not on the ATT device?

mail.com - are you using different user accounts? They do seem to track cookies...

Cookies are stored in your browser, NOT your modem/hotspot/router/etc.

Cookies are SOFTWARE stored inside other SOFTWARE, not your hardware.

Also, there are MANY ways to identify you aside from cookies and IP's. Educate yourself.

Ok. If any of you can explain why Im having issues with the T mobile after 6 accounts and never once with my verizon or att hotspot, then educate me. Until then, I dont need to be informed about cookies or user accounts.

And BTW, identifiers can be stored on routers. Not sure about hotspots.

Yes, educate yourself. Cookies aren't stored on routers nor hotspots.

Whats your problem?? That was the main question of the thread and your awesome reply is to educate myself? Dont bother. And you told me to eduacte myself on "other ways to identify" etc. Im aware of that.

And routers do hold LOG FILES and other info you apparently have NOT EDUACTED YOURSELF ON. Now get off me

If companies were able to store info on routers to track your ID, Amazon would already be doing it...
