How Safe is an VPN to create new account ?

I am having all kinds of issues getting IP address. I was just wondering how safe is a VPN.

Does anyone has a good experience with any of them

I been reading here that VPN is a red flag for ebay and paypal.

I need help here i am really stock i cant seem to get new IP through my Internet provider

Hit and miss. If its a generic site, youll have 10 percent chance. If youre using the one advertised on this site, I hear they work well.

Best advice. Buy a cheap ATT phone that has mobile hotspot. Get a 30 dollar month plan. IP address changes every time you hit airplane mode or turn off your phone. You get maybe 2 gbs of data.

Yes that is actually working, I started using T-mobile and it does work. I get IP address everytime i turn the phone off

I would personally create a new account using other methods than VPN for getting a different IP (like T-mobile or phone tethering, USB dongle, 56k modem...).

When you are confident that the account is up and running, with PayPal in place and ready to go with no problem I would switch to a proper VPN service... that costs money but is guaranteed working.

For this kind of services get in touch with 123 here on the forum for example ;)

It depends on the IP. I've created numerous accounts via VPN, and some of them with high limits :)

I just meant to suggest not to waste a VPN for creating an account from scratch...

I would use it when I am sure the account is ok but I might be over thinking it.

My only concern with VPS / VPN is that the IP address has been red flagged by eBay or amazon, those ip addresses are like the bus seats of the internet

This depends on who is giving you the VPS / VPN service.
123 in here seems to have very good reputation for that kind of services and brand new immaculate IPs ;)

Dealing with VPN for last 4 years
As a fact have tried at least 8 different providers.
So many of them to choose in these days
Dont go for FREE ones. Try few for a start and you will see wich one is best for you
