The tracking number would automatically be applied to the eBay transaction, but why go through the trouble of doing it that way? It is a lot easier to just upload tracking info in eBay.. unless your listing has been removed.
You should know that if you have a 1 day handling time, it will only count as "shipped on time" if the parcel is scanned for the first time (by a mail carrier) within 1 day. eBay actually has separate metrics for "tracking uploaded within handling time" and "tracking validated by carrier within handling time". So, you can upload tracking info to eB/PP 5 minutes after the transaction, but if the parcel isn't scanned for the first time within 1 business day it will still count against you. |
