Refunds Request
Hello, i would like some advise. Well the situation is kinda awkward. I sold an electronic item. The item location was set on UK, but i was on holidays in Lithuania and i sent an item from Lithuania. The delivery date was referred to 13-23th Nov. After 1 week of the sale Buyer requested me a refund, cuz the item was not described as it is, but the fact is that he doesn't even have the item yet, as it's posted. What shall i do? Accept the request? Because at 10th Nov he can open a case, but i want to solve it right for both of us. And after 10th if he opens a case will my money will be put on Hold in Paypal or what?
