Here is a basic question.
Two different ebay accounts. Two different owners, address, phone numbers, emails, never logged in to the same machine, etc.
Can ebay link them if they share the same paypal.
Few qualifiers. The email address for paypal is different. (each email address has been added to paypal). And they haven never had the paypal account used on the computer the ebay accounts are accessed from. And never had the paypal account "linked" The only way the paypal email is used is in the business policy payment profile. |
