Receiving US payment to Canadian account

A US customer wants to pay credit card instead of PP and he failed to pay. I guess it's the currency problem? Do I have to have a bank account with US currency to take US credit payment?

your customer should tell his bank/credit card that he is sending a payment international (Canada).

no need for a US bank accnt, when you will withdraw, US funds will be change to CAD
