Pending payment
 
I have a pending payment says Pending until 16 Nov, 2015. This guy paid credit card through paypal. Is it safe to ship this order?

If the payment was already charged from his credit card then yeah you can ship with signed delivery.

if it's says pending it doesn't say to ship it, don't ship order until payment is completed as you don't have to and don't take any risks, it's only safe to ship cleared orders and with signed delivery only.

it's might worth to tell this to buyer so he/she don't wait for item to be shipped until 16th
