UK IP address for stealth?

I've seen this being asked but I know it is different for people in the UK so I was hoping anyone with knowledge of how it works in the UK can help out..

I know you have to change your IP address but I think I'm right in saying that in the UK your IP constantly changes by itself so most times you go on your computer it will be a different IP address anyways? and to change the IP address all you need to do is turn the router off and then on again? But I have my original eBay account and I'm in the process of making a stealth account and I will be signing into them on the same computer.

So how does that work? Every time I sign on to my stealth account I need to turn the router off and on?
Would you recommend getting another computer just for the stealth or maybe only signing into the stealth on my phone? Because I'd prefer not to have to delete cookies etc every time I sign on if thats what I need to do.

No need to delete cookies nor to get a new computer.

Create another user account on your PC and start from there. You will have no cookies and it will be like a brand new user in eBay/PayPal eyes.

As fa as IP is concerned is perfectly fine to get a brand new IP address for your new account. You do not have to change it every time you log in. Just be careful not to use the same IP for another account.

Thanks I didn't think about making another user account but thats a good idea. But thats the thing I don't quite understand about the IP. If I am using 2 accounts and both can't have the same IP then surely that means I have to keep changing it every time I log in to either accounts?

Yes you have to change it when you switch from one account to the other.

It is also a good idea to keep track of the IP used for each account so you avoid cross using them even if this is not a critical link between the 2.

If you get yourself the stealth guide you will find quite a lot of such good ideas... think abouth it. Those £ are well worth it.

If you want to go the VPN or VPS route it is much easyer to manage IPs but it will cost money for the service and... it is described in the stealth guide
